According to Article 6-I-7 of the Act of 21 June 2004, called LCEN, Hako conception allows you to report any content likely to assume the characters of the offenses referred to in the fifth and eighth paragraphs of Article 24 of the law of 29 July 1881 on freedom of the press and article 227-23 of the Penal Code apology for crimes against humanity, incitement to racial hatred, child pornography. To report a clearly illegal content hosted by ovh.com, simply send an email to contact@hako-conception.com, specifying:
• website address or the page from which the content is accessible;
• content deemed to be illegal;
• the date you discovered the content considered illegal;
• your identity (name and contact details).

Hako conception reminds you that LCEN punished abuse reporting a sentence of one year imprisonment and 15,000 euros fine.
